Ossetian rebel group calls for "well-planned" attacks - Chechen website

26 June: The editorial board of Chechenpress has received a statement from the Ossetian Jamaat [community], Kataib al-Khoul [Kataeb al-Ghoul]. The statement is published as it is.

Three demonstrative explosions were carried out, God willing, on the territory of Ossetia today [as published] by the will of God Almighty. God, the Lord of the worlds, knows full well who carried out those explosions and the operation and what aims those people pursued. Given the current situation in Ossetia, it is most probable that the explosions were carried out by the Ossetian [directorate of the] Federal Security Service [FSB] and were part of a multi-faceted scheme aimed at fighting military jamaats.

The strange way in which the explosion outside the FSB building in Vladikavkaz was carried out speaks in favour of this theory, at the very least. According to information available to us, the kafirs [infidels - reference to Russians] in Ossetia's special services have been expecting the attacks we had promised against them and Russian troops and they are unaware about plans for these special operations, which makes them opt for active counter-measures. At the same time, among officers of Ossetia's FSB there are several experienced and active masters of provocation, one of whom is Vitaliy Zangionov. God knows better about this.

And if those blasts were carried out by Muslims with permission from God Almighty, then the mojahedin from the Kataib al-Khoul Jamaat would like to give a piece of advice to their brothers in the hope that God the Great will let them derive benefit from this advice, God willing.

An operation like today's would not yield any results but would only create unnecessary fuss and noise, God willing. In the difficult conditions, which you see in Ossetia, the best way is, God willing, to carry out a well-planned and thoroughly prepared operation aimed at inflicting heavy casualties on the personnel and hardware of the crusaders and munafiqs [REFERENCE to pro-Moscow Chechens]. Such operations do not have to be held often, but with a bit of planning and God willing, they will yield the best results.

Pay great attention to secrecy, but only hope in God our Lord, for our efforts not to mislead us. Because the outcome is up to only God Almighty. Use all types of communications extremely cautiously, be it radio communications, telephone communications or any other type of machine communications, and the best thing is to reject this altogether, as using such types of communication makes the mojahedin more vulnerable, especially in conditions of sabotage warfare on a hostile territory, God willing.
